PharmacoNet tutorial and TMPRSS2 paper discussion now available

Our in silico drug-discovery blog offers a PharmacoNet tutorial and an article accompanying our TMPRSS2 paper discussion. Both articles are in Japanese.
The PharmacoNet tutorial introduces the reasoning behind screening, followed by environment setup, screening one million compounds and extracting top candidates. The TMPRSS2 article brings together an explanatory video and all 21 slides to revisit the methods and ideas behind the study.
