Poster on a mutational signature framework planned at the 55th JEMS Annual Meeting

We plan to present a poster on a mutational signature framework at the 55th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Environmental Mutagen and Genome Society (JEMS).

A mutational signature summarizes patterns in the types and relative frequencies of DNA changes. The presentation introduces the development of a framework capturing complementary-substitution imbalances and epigenetic modifications.
